Caribbean StudSM Bonus features head-to-head play against the dealer, an optional Bonus bet, and an optional progressive bet.
How to Play
To play, players make an Ante bet to compete against the dealer. They may also make the bonus bet to compete against the paytable and the progressive bet to compete for all of an incremental jackpot.
Players and the dealer will each receive five cards, and the dealer will expose his or her top card. After looking at their hands, each player has a choice: fold, or stay in the game by making the Raise bet of 2x their Ante.
The dealer needs an Ace-King or better to qualify. If the dealer does not qualify, the player's Ante bet automatically wins even money and his or her Raise bet pushes.
Bonus and progressive bets are resolved normally. If the dealer qualifies, he or she compares the hand to the player's. If the player's hand wins, his or her Ante wins even money and the Raise pays according to the posted paytable. If the dealer wins, the player's Raise and Ante bets lose.
The bonus bet wins if the player's hand contains a pair of 10s or better. The higher the player's hand, the more he or she wins. The progressive bet lets players compete for awards off an incremental jackpot. The top payout—100 percent of the meter—is for a royal flush.
To maximize game play, we recommend using an i-Deal single deck specialty shuffler.
