BOSS™ (Beverage Ordering Service System) enhances the gaming experience for players by delivering drinks faster and with less hassle. BOSS allows your customers to order drinks via their gaming machine touch screen at their convenience, while their game remains in revenue generating mode.
Slots - Just the Right Mix
BOSS allows players to order drinks from any slot machine and track their drink order in real-time, via the BOSS progress bar on the iVIEW Display Manager™ or iVIEW™. The drink order is automatically sent to the BOSS Display Station (BDS), a Windows based touch screen application that serves as an interface for bartenders and servers. From the BDS, wait staff is able to receive and process orders, as well as view pertinent information about the customer, such as club state, time elapsed since the order was made, beverage details, and the most current location of the customer.
Tables - Unequivocal Drink Service
Through the BOSS Mobile App, servers can place drink orders electronically directly from table games. The moment the server enters the order, the bar receives it and can begin creating the custom beverage(s). By the time the server returns from their rounds, the drinks will be ready and waiting, shaving minutes from wait times!
